The Next Chapter: Your Newest Moves App Trainer and Coach!

Join me on Moves! I’m thrilled to announce that I have joined the Moves App as a trainer! This has been a long time in the making, and I couldn’t be more excited to finally share it. For me, fitness has always been more than just sets, reps, or running miles; it’s about empowering people to lead healthier, happier lives, and proving to yourself that you are capable. Becoming a trainer for Moves felt like the natural next step in my journey. My career has been shaped by a lifelong athletic background, years of experience as a personal trainer and coach, to the personal experiences that have shaped my approach to fitness.


When I first came across Moves, it immediately resonated with me. Moves goes beyond just fitness; it embraces a holistic approach to health and well-being, offering science-backed, effective, and enjoyable workouts for every season of life. We have an incredible team of experts, from nutritionists to physical therapists, all dedicated to providing you the tools and support you need on throughout your journey.


I am so pumped to bring new Commit programming to the app: think hybrid! But first, to kick off my journey with Moves, we’ll be starting with the Tighter Together Challenge designed to help you kick-start your fitness goals for the new year and lay the groundwork to keep going! The challenge includes two workouts programs: Tighter Together For Runners (3 day strength, 3 day running) and Tighter Together Strength with Madeline. The challenge also includes recipes to fuel your body and keep you motivated, a resource guide giving you the tools and knowledge to succeed in your fitness journey, follow along videos, and more. It’s a perfect blend of training, fitness, nutrition and support to help you feel your best.


I’m so excited to bring this new chapter to life on the Moves App. It's only the beginning.
